  • 5 min read

Planning a visit to EpicLand 歷奇王國 at Kai Tak? Whether it's your first time or you're bringing the family back for more fun, here are answers to the most common questions we get from parents and visitors — all in one place.

What Are EpicLand's Business Hours & Last Admission?

EpicLand is open daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including weekends and public holidays. Each admission ticket includes a 2-hour play session.

Since each session is 2 hours, the last admission is at 6:00 PM to ensure every guest gets their full play time before closing. We recommend arriving earlier — especially on weekends and school holidays — to avoid peak crowds and make the most of your visit.

How Much Does It Cost? EpicLand Admission Prices (2026)

EpicLand keeps pricing simple — the same rate applies on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. No need to worry about peak surcharges.

General Admission (2-Hour Session)

  • Babies under 12 months — FREE

  • Children aged 1–8 — HK$258 (includes 1 free accompanying adult)

  • Older kids aged 9–17 — HK$258

  • Adults (18+) — HK$258

  • Extra accompanying adult — HK$98

  • Seniors (65+) / Pregnant visitors — HK$98

  • Extra hour — HK$118 per person

Add-On Activities

  • Epic Laser Tag (ages 5+ or 1.1m+) — HK$68 per 30-minute session

  • Epic Nerf (ages 4+) — HK$68 per 30-minute session

An extra 30 minutes of Laser Tag or Nerf costs just HK$30. Note that these activities require a minimum of 6 players to start — the fee is collected once the group is ready.

Is It Cheaper to Buy Tickets on Klook?

EpicLand tickets are available on Klook, and yes — Klook often offers promotional pricing or bundled discounts that can save you money compared to walk-in rates. From time to time, Klook runs flash sales and payment-specific promotions (e.g. credit card discounts) that bring prices below the standard HK$258.

Our tip: Check both the EpicLand website and Klook before visiting. Klook prices fluctuate with promotions, so it's worth comparing on the day. Booking online also lets you skip the queue at the counter — a big plus during busy weekends.

How Do I Get to EpicLand? Which MTR Station Is Closest?

EpicLand is located at 4/F, Kai Tak Sports Park Indoor Sports Centre (Block M2), 38 Shing Kai Road, Kai Tak, Kowloon.

By MTR (Recommended)

The closest station is Kai Tak Station (啟德站) on the Tuen Ma Line. Take Exit D — this leads directly towards Kai Tak Sports Park. From there, follow the covered walkway through the retail area to Block M2 and head up to the 4th floor. The walk takes roughly 5–8 minutes.

Sung Wong Toi Station (宋皇臺站), also on the Tuen Ma Line, is an alternative if coming from the direction of East Kowloon. It's a slightly longer walk but still very accessible.

By Car

Drive along Shing Kai Road and follow signs to Kai Tak Sports Park. See the parking section below for carpark details.

Is the Discovery Bay EpicLand Still Open?

No — the Discovery Bay location has permanently closed. EpicLand (formerly known as DiscoveryLand) relocated from Discovery Bay to Kai Tak Sports Park. The Kai Tak venue is the only EpicLand location in Hong Kong.

The good news? The new Kai Tak location is a massive upgrade. At over 20,000 square feet, it's significantly larger than the original DB space, with more play zones, added activities like Laser Tag and Nerf, and dedicated party rooms. If you loved DiscoveryLand in DB, you'll love the new EpicLand even more.

What Does EpicLand Kai Tak Have? All 6 Play Zones

EpicLand Kai Tak spans over 20,000 square feet with six themed play zones, each designed for different age groups and play styles:

  1. Action Port — A giant maze with thrilling slides, two-level climbing structures, and a massive ball pit. Perfect for adventurous kids who love to explore.

  2. Imagination Station — Interactive equipment including ball-launching cannons and connecting slides between rooms. Sparks creativity and imaginative play.

  3. Control Power Factory — Interactive obstacle walls and ball transport tracks that develop hand-eye coordination and logical thinking.

  4. Air Play — EpicLand's signature zone! Aviation-themed and inspired by the historic Kai Tak Airport, featuring a giant inflatable airplane and bouncy activities. A fan favourite.

  5. Daredevils — A gymnastics-focused zone with rings, balance beams, and equipment for handstands and rolls. Great for building strength and confidence.

  6. MiniLand — A soft play area designed specifically for toddlers under 3. Features mini slides and gentle equipment in a safe, enclosed space. Perfect for little ones taking their first steps into play.

On top of the six zones, EpicLand also offers Epic Laser Tag and Epic Nerf as add-on activities, plus regular gymnastics and fitness classes for kids and teens.

Where Is the Nearest Carpark? Is There Free Parking?

The closest carpark is the Kai Tak Arena Carpark, located in the basement of the same Kai Tak Sports Park complex. It's the most convenient option — you can take the lift directly up to EpicLand on the 4th floor.

How to Access the Arena Carpark

Drive along Shing Kai Road and turn left to enter the carpark, located on the B/F (basement level) of Kai Tak Mall 2. There are designated pick-up and drop-off areas for taxis and private cars.

Payment Methods

The Arena Carpark accepts Octopus, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.

Free Parking?

Standard parking is not free, but there are occasional promotions. For example, HSBC Premier cardholders can enjoy complimentary parking hours by registering as Friends of KTSP members. Check the Kai Tak Sports Park website or the EpicLand carpark page for the latest offers.

Can I Hold a Birthday Party or Privately Hire the Park?

Absolutely! EpicLand is one of the most popular birthday party venues in Hong Kong for kids.

Birthday Parties

EpicLand has 4 private party rooms that can be flexibly connected to suit different group sizes. Party packages start from HK$330 per person (including playzone access) and come with themed decorations and goodie bags. You can customise the setup to match your child's favourite theme.

Corporate & Team Building Events

Looking for something different for your team? EpicLand offers Laser Tag and Nerf team-building packages for corporate groups. Contact the events team to discuss group sizes and custom arrangements.
